Expert advice

Application:

Surface preparation:

Concrete substrate should be seasoned, sound, free from dust and dirt and grease. It is advantageous to wash the surfaces with water and detergent, under pressure, rinse and dry.

Places with fungus, moss or algae growth should be mechanically cleaned and disinfected with agents intended for this purpose, e.g. preparation GRZYBOBÓJCA. Places with salt efflorescence can be cleaned with the preparation KOLORBRUK WYKWITZ REMOVER (as specified in the Technical Data Sheet for the preparation).

Substrate must be dry before painting, with a maximum humidity of 4 -6 % and a temperature of +5°C to 30°C. Do not impregnate earlier than 30 days after completion of the installation of the new fence.

Painting:

Apply the impregnate generously by spraying or brushing until the surface is saturated. Most often this will be a single application. In the case of very porous surfaces, two layers can be applied u0022wet-on-wetu0022 at intervals of no more than 15 minutes.

Impregnate at a temperature of +50C to +300C and a relative humidity of up to 80%.

Paint work should be carried out in suitable atmospheric conditions (no fog, rain or snow). Use water to wash the painting tools.
