Where do we obtain your personal data from?
Most of the information is obtained from you at the beginning and during the customer relationship and from computer programs in the course of using and/or acquiring our products and services. Your personal information and updates may also be obtained from publicly available information sources.
Aksil does not sell, lease or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties.
Aksil may share your personal information with authorized third parties that perform services for Aksil for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy within the limits of applicable legislation ( including, but not limited to, a courier company that delivers goods to you). This may also include, for example, providing services such as customer service and software services, managing and analyzing personal data, conducting research and managing marketing.
Aksil may share personal information to receive payment for products and services, including transferring or selling delinquent accounts to third parties for collection purposes. Aksil does not allow these companies to use it for any purpose other than to provide these services, and requires them to protect your personal information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Aksil may process your data in this personal data file for as long as there is a customer relationship or other comparable relationship between you and Aksil, and for some time thereafter.
Aksil may process your personal data for tax or legal purposes for as long as necessary or until your data is deleted at your request. After the expiration of the period specified above, Aksil may process some of your personal data in its direct marketing records in accordance with applicable regulations.
Data security rules
Aksil has established electronic and administrative safeguards to ensure the security of the information collected.
Only designated employees of Aksil and organizations acting for or on behalf of Aksil are authorized to use the application to process a set of personal data. All persons processing data in the application have individual usage rights granted by the administrator. Different levels of access have been created based on the type of data a person needs according to his or her responsibilities. The system is secured with a firewall to protect it from access from outside Aksil.
All employees of Aksil and its subcontractors are required to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data information they obtain in their work. Manually processed documents containing your personal data are protected from unauthorized access.
You have the right to access data concerning you in Aksil's personal data files.
A request for the right of access should be made in writing to the contact person for the personal data file. The request for the right of access must be signed. The request for the right of access may also be submitted to the administrator's office at: Pustkow 363D, 39-205 Pustkow upon presentation of an identification document.
You have the right to object to the processing ofyour personal data by Aksil for the purposes of direct advertising, distance selling, other forms of direct marketing, market research and opinion polls, and the right to request the correction of erroneous data by contacting the contact person of the administrator.
You have the right to request the deletion of your data in Aksil's personal data files both in whole and in part.
The request for deletion should be submitted in writing to the contact person for the personal data collection. The request for deletion of data must be signed. The request for deletion of data may also be submitted to the administrator's office at Pustków 363D, 39-205 Pustków, upon presentation of an identification document.
The processing of this set of personal data is governed by Polish law.
If you suspect a violation of data protection laws and the matter has not been resolved amicably between you and Aksil through negotiation, you may turn to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
In matters not regulated by the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and relevant laws of Poland, as well as the laws of the European Union, in particular the RODO (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC) shall apply.
INFORMATION OF THE CONTROLLER OF PERSONAL DATA MADE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 PARAS. 1 and 2 of the GENERAL REGULATION ON DATA PROTECTION (RODO).
Due to the entry into force and necessity of application of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") AKSIL Fabryka Specjalistycznych Wyrobów Lakierowych Spółka z o.o. (hereinafter also referred to as the "Online Shop"), which is the owner of the aksil.pl Internet domain, presents the following information regarding the principles of processing your personal data.
The Internet Shop processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- transfer of your personal data to ING Bank Śląski S.A. ("Bank") in connection with:
- provision by the Bank to the Online Store of the service of making available the infrastructure for handling payments via the Internet (legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 letter f) of the Regulation).
- handling and settlement by the Bank of payments made by customers of the Online Store via the Internet using payment instruments (legal basis: art. 6(1)(f) of the Ordinance).
- in order for the Bank to verify the proper execution of the agreements concluded with the Online Store, in particular to ensure the protection of the interests of the payers in connection with the complaints submitted by them (legal basis: art. 6(1)(f) of the Ordinance).
- transfer of your personal data to Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o. in connection with the possibility of Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o. offering to make payment for the purchased goods or services within the framework of an order agreement covering the "Buy with Twisto" purchase formula and making this purchase formula available by the Internet Shop, as well as for the purpose of verification by Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o. for proper execution of such order agreements (legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) of the Regulation).
In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes specified in par. 1, your personal data may be made available by the Internet Shop to other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, which may be:
- ING Bank Śląski S.A.
- Twisto Polska sp. z o.o.
If you provide your personal data in order to conclude an agreement with the Online Shop, providing your personal data is a condition for concluding this Agreement. The provision of personal data in this situation is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing such data will be the inability to conclude a contract with the Online Store.
If you provide your personal data in order to transfer your personal data to Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. before concluding a contract of sale of goods (or services) purchased in the Online Store, the transfer of these data is a condition for concluding a contract of sale in connection with the business model of conducting business adopted by the Online Store.
In the case of transfer of your personal data to the Bank in connection with the processing and settlement of payments made by you to the Online Store via the Internet using payment instruments, the provision of data is required in order to process the payment and provide confirmation of its execution by the Bank to the Online Store.
In the case of transfer of your personal data to the Bank in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of the agreements concluded with the Online Shop, in particular to ensure the protection of the interests of the payers in connection with their complaints, providing this data is required in order to enable the execution of the agreement concluded between the Online Shop and the Bank.
In case of transferring your personal data to Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. in connection with the possibility of offering you to pay the price for the goods or services purchased by you by Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. within the framework of an order contract including a purchase formula "Buy with Twisto" and making this formula available by the Internet Shop, providing these data and processing them for this purpose is required in connection with the business model of running the business adopted by the Internet Shop and for the purpose of executing the contract concluded between the Internet Shop and Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o.

Aksil may change this Privacy Policy or change or withdraw access to various services at any time with or without notice.
