Shipping
Ordered goods are sent by the shipping company "InPost."
The delivery time for the order from the time of shipment is 3-5 working days. In case of damage to the shipment during transit, the delivery time may be extended.
During the winter period, we do not send goods on Fridays or during frost due to the increased risk of the shipment freezing.
Shipping Costs
We pack paint buckets in cardboard boxes.
Parcel shipping cost:
Up to 30 kg (approximately 20-25 liters of paint) - 39.36 PLN gross
In case of mechanical damage to the parcel or if the delivered goods do not match the ordered items, the customer is obliged to prepare a damage report or discrepancy in the presence of the courier and immediately inform the store by phone. Please provide photos of the damaged goods via email at aksil@aksil.pl.
