COLORBRUK is designed for the impregnation of absorbent mineral substrates such as:
Colouring impregnate for paving stones and concrete is available in 4 colours:
Colouring impregnate for paving enables a complete change of the colour of the paving and maintains the desired colour for a long time.
ColorBRUK colouring impregnate for concrete:
-has the ability to penetrate deep into the substrate and protects against the damaging effects of water and frost, thereby increasing the service life of the concrete substrate;
-enables the colour of mass-coloured concrete surfaces and hides colour defects, stains and discolouration, uneven staining;
-enables the colour of uncoloured concrete surfaces from the factory;
-enhances dirt resistance.
Surface preparation:
The surface to be impregnated should be cleaned and dry. Clean the surface preferably with pressure equipment using water and detergent, then rinse and dry. Remove greasy stains, intensive salt efflorescence with a suitable agent. Traces of algae and fungi should be removed with the agent GRZYBOBÓJCA.
Application:
COLORBRUK is ready to use. It should be mixed thoroughly before application.
It is recommended to carry out a trial painting of the surface in an unexposed place to assess the effect.
It is recommended to apply the product evenly in 1-2 coats as required. One coat is sufficient for pre-coloured surfaces and two coats are recommended for uncoloured surfaces. Apply the next coat after the previous one has dried out. A single coat takes approximately 2 hours to dry, depending on the ambient temperature.
Paint can be applied with a roller or brush or with a spraying device.
Paint work should be carried out at an ambient temperature of not less than 5°C and not more than 25°C.
Protect the freshly applied coating from rain and frost for 12h.
Wash the tools in water after painting.
Operation:
The treated surface can be used for pedestrian traffic 24 hours after the last layer has been applied, and for vehicle traffic after 5 days
