AKSILBET DACHOWKA paint for concrete tiles, onduline and eternit gloss

Painting of roofs:

Preparation of the surface:

Tiles to be painted should be thoroughly cleaned with water and detergent using a pressure washer (recommended) or brush, then rinsed with clean water and dried thoroughly. If the surfaces were covered with mould, disinfect with fungicide GRZYBOBÓJCA, i.e. apply on the tiles and leave for 24 hours.

In case of old, loose substrates with open pores, they should be impregnated with universal impregnant AKSILUX and after drying, paint twice with undiluted paint AKSILBET DACHÓWKA.

The paint is designed for unpainted concrete tiles. When painting previously painted tiles, pay attention to the condition of the old paint. Ideally, it should be removed. If the old coating is well adhered to the substrate, it should be repainted twice. If fungicidal treatment is necessary, it should be carried out with the fungicide Fungicide.

Preparation of the product:

Before painting, mix the paint. Pour the product from different production batches into one collecting container and mix thoroughly with each other

Painting:

Apply the paint by brush, roller or spraying (pneumatic or hydrodynamic and hydrodynamic with air shield).

Recommended parameters for hydrodynamic spraying (WAGNER gun):

- nozzle diameter 0.013-0.019 inch e.g. nozzle 513

- spraying pressure approx. 175-200 bar

- spraying angle 20 - 50 degrees

Wagner, WIVA and Kremlin guns are recommended for spraying.

NOTE:

The AXSILBET DACHWAY paint should not be used on smooth, glazed, non-absorbent ceramic roof tiles.

RECOVERY OF ETERNITE / ACEKOLA TILES:

Before proceeding with the renovation of eternit / acecol plates, it is necessary to pay attention to the technical condition of the substrate and assess whether it is suitable for repainting.

Substrates to be painted should be thoroughly cleaned with water and detergent using a pressure washer (recommended) or brush, then rinsed with clean water and dried thoroughly. If the surfaces were fungal, covered with mould disinfect with the fungicide GRZYBOBÓJCA.

During the preparation work, follow the instructions contained in the regulation on worker's personal protective equipment.

On the dried substrates, rub the reinforcing impregnant AKSILUX using a brush.

After the impregnant has dried, paint the surfaces twice with AKSILBET DACHÓWKA paint.

Note:In the case of renovation of eternit, have the work carried out by a professional contractor for thorough preparation and cleaning of the surface.

Painting ONDULINE:

1. ONDULINE to be painted should be thoroughly cleaned with water and detergent using a pressure washer (recommended) or brush, then rinsed with clean water and dried thoroughly. If the surfaces were mouldy, disinfect with a fungicide impregnator.
2. Paint the cleaned surfaces twice with AKSILBET DACHÓWKA.

Painting work should be carried out in good weather conditions (no fog, rain, snow).

Paint work should be carried out at a substrate and ambient temperature of +50C to +300C and a relative humidity of up to 80%.

Water should be used to wash paint tools.

Paint work should be protected from rain and frost.

Freshly applied coating should be protected from rain and frost.
