IMPREGNATE FOR REMOVAL OF ASBESTOS

IMPREGNATE is based on water dispersion of acrylic resin which can penetrate inwards a surface. After the impregnate is fully dry, the surface is hardened which prevents further falling off, e.g. asbestos fibres.

Application

IMPREGNATE FOR REMOVAL OF ASBESTOS is designed for protecting against dusting during removal of asbestos, acekol type panels and plasterboards, as well as protecting against asbestos fibres during removal of asbestos -content products.

The impregnate is designed for interior and outdoor painting.

Expert advice

Protecting the asbestos during removal:

Note: Cleaning and painting of asbestos can be performed only by professional companies due to asbestos dusting and the need to conduct professional preparation of the asbestos surface prior to painting.

Low pressure application is best in case of application of the impregnate of vast areas. The impregnate can also be applied with a roller or a paint brush.

Application:

The impregnate should be thoroughly mixed before use.
Apply one or two layers depending on absorption characteristics of the surface.

Impregnating shall be performed at the temperature of +50C do +300C and relative air humidity up to 60%.
Painting work should be carried out in appropriate atmospheric conditions (no fog, no rain
and snow).
Tools to be cleaned with water.
