EKO-DUR U NDERLAY is designed to insulate against residual moisture and capillary rise in concrete floors. It is recommended to apply the primer in all cases where there is a risk that the substrate contains or pulls up moisture from the ground. Recommended for use indoors and outdoors.
EKO-DUR BASEMENT can be used under concrete paints such as AKSILBET POSADZKA and EKO-DUR FARBA.
EKO-DUR PODKŁAD is also intended as a primer to strengthen and level weak, porous or cracked substrates. When used under paints, it increases the adhesion of paints to such substrates and improves the aesthetic qualities of the final coating, as well as saving paint.

Substrate preparation:
The substrate to be painted should be load-bearing, tensile and compressive.
Stains from oil or grease, residues of release agents are best removed by burning or washing with a suitable agent. Mechanically trowelled concrete and smooth, compact surfaces should first be roughened. This can be done by milling or sandblasting. This improves adhesion and also removes dirt and cement polish.
Product preparation and application:
Allow the package to reach ambient temperature before use. It is necessary to plan the required
amount of mixture. Consumption depends on the type of substrate and the desired effect:

Pour all of component B into the container with component A. Use a slow-speed mortar construction mixer (speed min. 150 rpm) to ensure thorough mixing of the components. Mix for 3 minutes. Then thoroughly scrape the ingredients from the sides of the container into the center of the mixture with a spatula/spatula. Stir again 2 min and immediately proceed to application. The use time of the mixture is about 20-25 min.
Note: the ingredients can get very hot after mixing in the container. Therefore, start applying the product immediately, and do not leave the product in the container for too long after mixing. In case of using more than one set of EKO-DUR PODKŁAD, proceed as follows.

Wipe the spatulas with a cloth immediately after use, before curing. Discard the rollers after use, they are not
suitable for reuse.
All painting work should be carried out at an ambient temperature in the range of 15-250C, the temperature of the substrate must not be lower than 100C. Air humidity must not exceed 65%. EKO-DUR PRIMER can be applied on concrete substrates with visible traces of moisture, there must be no water stagnation on the substrate.
During application, the conditions of the above records must be observed and work must be carried out in accordance with occupational health and safety (records in the Safety Data Sheet). AKSIL cannot be held liable from improper application of the product.
